2026 President's Message
Greetings!
Two years ago, I was given the opportunity to once again serve on the Board of Directors, and I knew it was something I couldn’t pass up. It has truly been an honor to serve on the Board for the Minnesota Division of the International Association for Identification (MNIAI) and to once again hold the position of President.
For those who were not members during my first term as President, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Brad Litke. I hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in criminal justice leadership from Concordia University. My journey in law enforcement began many years ago with the Airport Police Department, followed by service with the Edina Police Department, and later with the Burnsville Police Department. I am currently assigned to the Burnsville Police Department’s Investigations Division as part of our county’s Electronic Crimes Task Force. Previously, I was a member of our Crime Scene Team, Negotiations Team, and Honor Guard.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Former President Jessica Slavik for organizing a successful 2025 MNIAI Educational Conference at Breezy Point. I think we can all agree it was both highly educational and a wonderful opportunity for professional networking.
Looking ahead, I am excited to announce that our 2026 MNIAI Conference will be held at The Inn on Lake Superior in Duluth from September 9–11, 2026. I am currently working to bring together a variety of engaging speakers, presentations, and demonstrations that will appeal to everyone in attendance. If you are interested in presenting or have ideas for topics or events you’d like to see, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you for visiting our website and for your continued involvement in the Minnesota Division of the International Association for Identification.
I look forward to seeing you in September 2026!
