To register for the MNIAI Educational Conference please select your desired registration option below. IF REQUESTING POST CREDITS, enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your POST License. Failure to do so might result in POST credits not being assigned. Please complete all required fields on the form and click "Register and Pay". You will be directed to PayPal to complete your online payment. BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD HANDY.
General information:
- All classes and events held at The Inn on Lake Superior: 350 Canal Park Drive, Duluth, MN 55802 - Phone: 218-726-1111. Northern Lights Ballrooms 1 and 2 will be used for courses, the General Membership Meeting and the Banquet.
- Wednesday, September 9 registration begins at 10:00 AM and classes start at 12:30 PM.
- Conference concludes on Friday, September 11 at 11:15.
- President's Reception will take place Wednesday evening beginning at 6:30 PM at a location yet to be determined.
- General Membership Business Meeting and Election of Officers takes place Thursday evening.
- Full Registrations, Life Active Member Full Registrations, Full Conference Student Registrations and Single-Day Student Registrations (if attending on Thursday) include Thursday night's banquet in the registration fee. SPECIAL NOTE: For POST credits, attendees must be present for the entire Conference. The MN Post Board does not award partial attendance credits.
- If registering more than one person from your agency, registrations must be completed separately to ensure each person is accurately registered and to get a head count for meals. Please be sure to enter the registrant's email address, and nobody else's.
- Registrations will not be valid unless all required fields are completed, and payment is made.
- A print-and-mail registration form is available in two places on this page.
- The agenda is in progress! When completed, click HERE for a printable copy. A QR code will be available at the Conference to obtain a PDF image of the agenda. No printed agenda pages will be available at the Conference.
- MN POST Credits are TBD for the Full Conference. The Course Number is 09027-00032.
- All topics subject to change due to speaker availability.
- Conference room assignments subject to change due to space limitations.
- We suggest students bring something to use for taking notes; a notebook or something similar.

Reservations are made by calling the Inn directly at 218-729-1111. Request the MN Association of Identification Group Rate. The cut-off date for reservations is August 10, 2026. Reservations made after this date will not be given the special rates.

Consider joining the MNIAI at the Conference, if you are not already a member. If your application is completed and submitted to the Secretary/Treasurer before the General Membership Meeting on the Thursday of the Conference, it will be reviewed by the Board during the meeting. Once accepted, the individual is made a member of the Division. Application fees are waived and so are the $30.00 dues for the first full year of membership. That's a $60.00 savings! Ask the Secretary/Treasurer for an application.
