Advertising in the Gopher Identification Newsletter

The Gopher Identification is happy to accept advertising under the conditions listed in the ‘fine print’ section found below. Your advertising support helps us to inform our membership of the forensic products available to them and helps to cover the cost of offering a larger newsletter with more information. If you are interested in advertising in our newsletters;

• The cost for a quarter page ad (ad size 4” x 5” vertical) is $100.
• The cost for a half page ad (ad size 5”x7” horizontal) is $200.
• The cost for a full page ad is $300.

Camera ready copy will be scanned by me at no charge. Electronic media should be 4” x 5” @ 300 dpi or 5” x 7” @ 300 dpi, or 8x10 @ 300dpi, preferably saved as a PDF file.

The fine print:

• You may change your ad from one newsletter issue to the next, if you wish.
• Sorry, but the inside of the front and back pages and the back cover are not available.
• Editor reserves the right to determine placement of the ad in the newsletter based on space constraints but will make every effort to accommodate requests from the advertiser.
• Realizing that the following caveats are probably obvious, they are offered nonetheless as a result of past problems;
  • Please submit an ad that has been laid out for the desired size. (Shrinking an 8x10 ad to 3½” x 5” makes text unreadable.)
  • Please submit an ad that is laid out for the desired format. (An 8”x10” vertical ad can’t be transformed into a 5”x7” horizontal ad—at least not in this universe.)
